You can buy a single class, package or monthly subscription here. After clicking on the product of choice you’ll enter the registration menu from where you will be sent to direct debit or iDeal, depending on the chosen subscription. During the registration procedure you create a username and password. Remember these credentials, as they are needed later on to book classes.
After registration and payment you can book and/or cancel classes here. For the digitals among us: you can also download the Virtuagym App in your app store. Login in the app and you can book all your classes from there. Is the class full? You can register on the waiting list. You’ll get an email as soon as a spot becomes available. In case you booked a class but cannot make it, please cancel your booking. There might be someone that would like to take your place.

It is mandatory to bring grip socks (no open toes), a water bottle, and your own towel to all our classes. For hygiene reasons, bare feet (or socks with open toes) are not allowed in the studio or during the classes. 

By training with resistance (springs) you have more control and you train muscles in two directions, which strengthens and lengthens your muscles, for a beautiful toned body. At the same time you experience more support from the Reformer, so it is both great for recovery training as well as tough intensive training. Training on a Reformer gets you quick results, as you are working on your core during the entire training. You will burn more than 500 calories in one hour.

No, all our classes are accessible to everyone. Our instructors can modify the specific exercises based on your experience level. If you have any physical complaints or injuries we would recommend booking a private class first, so that we can discover what is and what isn’t possible and find the best modifications that work for you.

When practicing Pilates, the focus is on balanced training of the muscles around the joints. Pilates is three dimensional: there is movement in all planes of motion. Pilates prevents overtraining. A workout in the gym often concentrates on the short and big muscles, while Pilates works to lengthen the muscles and focuses more on deep muscle layers. Because of this, you work on better balance, posture and more flexible movement. Pilates results in strength in combination with flexibility. While doing Reformer Pilates you burn as much as 500 calories per hour and you tone your body at the same time. Pilates and strength training complement each other well.

Yes, and it can actually help relieve back pain. Always consult a physician and/or physiotherapist before you start training and make sure you notify your Pilates instructor in advance. Pilates is a controlled training, making it possible to practice Pilates if you suffer from back pain. We only work with certified instructors who make sure that exercises are always performed correctly. When practicing Pilates regularly, the severity of the back pain will reduce in most cases and it will improve overall physical condition.
